NE vs. N (FFA): Very Young Tarterian Dragon vs. Adult Ethereal Dragon

I don't see any evidence to support this. Of course the Bull Rush as an AoO can only push back a maximum of 5 feet, as the bull rusher has no extra movement allotted to him.
The miscellaneous actions table clarifies it. Note that only three special attacks: trip, disarm, and grapple are allowed as AoO. Sunder and bull rushing are not. Those two actions are standard actions.

Icy Cool certainly thought better of his grappling ability. ;)

A large cloud of red black blood motes flies into the arena to 60n0e, swarming over the dragon and biting it ferociously.

Wow, that's interesting. I'm not sure I have been playing Sunder that way with my hill giants. Too bad for PJSlavner. ;)

I2K, I noticed that you didn't correct anyone when they brought up Bull Rush as an AoO in the ENWorld Rules debate over touch spells possibly triggering AoO's. You have to cover all of your bases, otherwise chaos will ensue! :)

Ohhhhh, maybe your plan is for chaos to ensue after all! That should help CN in some way!

I remember seeing that I was gonna say something about it but forgot. If you remind me which thread that was in, I will comment on it. :)

That's not the thread I was thinking of. I don't recall anyone saying you could make a bull rush as an AoO in that thread. Anyway, I won't bring up that thread again, that's for sure. :) My argument against bull rush/sunder as an AoO was pretty simple. The argument for it is much more complex and would have to mean that that table is in error (or at least incomplete). I don't like that option and in practice IMO it plays better if you cannot make a bull rush or sunder (or an awesome blow) as an AoO.

Round 701

The dragon bites the motes with no effect. The motes deal no damage to Mr. Dragon. Mr. Dragon has 157 HP remaining.

Mr. Dragon backs up to 60N10E.

If the DR blocks the hp damage I agree it should block the Con damage, but it doesn't say it that way.

The undead bloodsuckers follow Mr. Dragon to 60n10e. They keep trying to bite him, or at least distract him. Time compress?

The DR blocked the HP damage, so there was no blood loss.
Time compression on.

Round 702

The motes again do no damage, nor do they distract (20 Fort save).

Mr. Dragon backs up to 60N20E and breathes a wave of force at the motes. They do not dodge at all (14 Ref save), and take 63 points of force damage. They have 2 HP.

Round 703: The motes again do no damage, nor do they distract (19 Fort save).
Mr. Dragon backs up to 60N30E and breathes again, dealing 52 points of force damage (13 Ref save). The swarm is dispersed. Mr. Dragon has 157 HP remaining.

First in round 704 for Neutral Evil is a rapture locust swarm (Fiend Folio).

A small handful of locusts flies into the arena, filling up a single 5ft-square. For its greatest threat, namely "sheer size", this one seems awfully pathetic. Nevertheless, the locusts fly to 60n30e and tries to sting and bite the dragon. Is the hypnotic pattern automatic or must the swarm choose to do that (given its Int, I can't imagine it choosing anything). Another time compression? If Mr. Dragon as DR 10, this swarm might actually do some damage, but only if you keep your d6 next to your d4.

It is actually a ten-foot cube, as changed in the Fiend Folio errata.

Round 704

The swarm does no damage, and the dragon is not hypnotized (16 Will save).

Mr. Dragon backs up to 60N40E, and breathes at the swarm. The swarm dodges (23 Ref save), but still takes 33 points of force damage.

Round 706: The swarm has not damaged nor hypnotized Mr. Dragon yet.
Mr. Dragon breathes, dealing 61 force damage. The swarm is dispersed.

Mr. Dragon still has 157 HP, and is located at 60N60E.

First in round 707 for Neutral Evil is a rot reaver (Monster Manual III).
