There's a cover a preview of Book of Taverns up over at the Necromancer site. The cover also acts a bit like a Tome of Horrors preview in that the beastie "interacting" with the patrons pictured is one of Scott's from his book.

WW catalog states 12/09/02 as scheduled release date for this book.

As a playtester of The Book of Taverns I can hardly imagine that there could be anyone disappointed by this great supplement. Each of the taverns presented makes for a good gaming session (or even a couple of sessions in some cases). It is much more than just a collection of sample taverns.
