I know there is a feat for dual implement wielding. It allows you to add the enhancement bonus of your off-hand to damage. But what if I don't have the feat?
I am assuming I can still wield two implements and decide which one I am currently using to cast my spells through...
Question:
If both implements are magical, do I:
1) get the property bonus from both (let say one add +2 to fire damage and one is +1 AC)?
2) get the crit bonus from both (one gives a +d6 the other a +d8)?
PS.
Our group is currently voting and says:
1) "yes". magic item properties are always "active"
2) there is at least one "yes" vote, and he is using the idea that most implements are keyed as "off-hand" anyways and you still get their crit bonus when you cast. For instance if your mage wielded a sword (non-implement) and a tome (off-hand implement), he would get the tome's bonuses...
