D&D General Need conceptual abilities/spells/powers that reflect balance

I googled the Libra personality type:

"Libras are compassionate and empathetic people. They are willing to go out of their way to help others. They dislike conflict and avoid confrontations."

So healing and defense, spells like Sanctuary, Tiny Hut, Create Food and Water, Calm Emotions, and similar.

OP here. Thank you all. I really appreciate the suggestions. Gives me good food for thought to play around with this week as I work out the details for that showdown. ( they are still dealing with Libra’s Second in command, from which they should get clues to get to Libra itself .)

already have all the other 11 stated out and working in their own plots that the PCs have been dealing with (some unknowingly). I had libra’s plot but not game stats because of writers block on what the signature move would be. And it’s one that the PCs have been closing in on relatively fast so wanted to get it squared away. So again, thank you for the brainstorming.
