need help finding feats

A friend of mine is a major D and D player and has told me about two feats. I need to know if they exist or is his brain getting overloaded with D and D facts.

He told me of one feat which makes the mighty on a bow times 1.5 so a composite longbow that is composite +6 would actually be composite + 9. This is only on composite damage.


He also told me of another feat which makes the strength bonus damage from a two handed weapon 2 times the strength instead of 1.5.

If anyone could tell me if these feats exist and what book to find them in.

Well, the second one sounds like Power Attack. Not sure about the first though.

Clarification

To put this in raw numerical...
A greatsword is normally 2d6+1.5xSTRMod. There is a feat that can increase that to 2d6+2xSTRMod. Not Power Attack, as it does not require sacrificing BAB to use, and it stacks with Power Attack.

My friend was also unsure about the first one, and is becoming more sure he was mistaken on it.

I don't think they exist. They might be special abilities of certain prestige classes but if so then I am unaware of which classes.
