D&D 5E Need help locating a piece of art from DnD 5e

Hello Everyone!

I am on the search for a piece of art that I saw in one of the books or supplements and now cannot locate for the life of me.

The picture I'm looking for is of an arrow, but instead of an arrowhead it has been replaced with a Red Dragon's head. There is a version of this arrow on the the artwork of the 5E Dungeon Master's screen. I swear that this arrow is also represented somewhere in one of the books or supplemental works. However, I have searched all of my materials and seem to be missing it. I really want to find this piece of art again.

If anyone happens to come across it or know what book it might be in, I would be extremely grateful. For reference I have posted an Imgur link to the arrow as shown on the DM Screen. I am looking for the highly detailed, non glowing version of this arrow. Thank you again for any help you can provide.

I only found the Screaming Bow with a eagle outline when shooting.

It's from the Dungeon Masters Screen.

Whenever you find a piece of art that you can't remember the source for, Google allows you to do a Reverse Image Search now that is very helpful.

Ah, it's an illustrated arrow, not one of the graphic design elements. I see. I misunderstood.

Well, I don't recall anything resembling that arrowhead in the 5e books I have – PHB, DMG, MM, Volo's, OOtA, CoS.

Page 95 of 'The Rise of Tiamat' has a very similar picture of the scene/arrow.
