Need help with tiny item stealing fey PLEASE

Ok this is the thing in a campain I'm working on thir are thease little blue fey that will steal
small items.
The powers are as follows: *can telaport ? 3/ per day ?
*can use invisable at will
*mage hand ? 1/ per round ?
The idea is that thease creatures take stuff without people knowing.
Any ideas you have that you think will make the cruatures cooler post them

Give them a racial bonus for Slight of Hand.
Give them some low level illusion spells for distraction tactics. Dancing Lights, Ghost sound, etc.
 

I like the racial bouns to slight of hand but the illusion spells won't work because I want them to take stuff and have the pc not know a d@mn thing but THANKS fir the input
 


Try these guys on for size.
I'm guesstimating on the CR. They're not "dangerous" but they are going to be annoying.

Notes: The Modify Memory ability is to make people forget they ever had the item.
You'll need to decide on caster level for those abilities, which will make a big difference on the CR. I've got them statted up as casting as 1st level Sorcerers. A Modify Memory from a 1st level caster is substnatially different than one from a 20th level caster, so adjust accordingly.

btw 13 Str at size tiny still allows 75 or so pounds of weight with a heavy load. You'll want to keep the Str at +10. Any lower and the theft will be tiny.
 

That's an incredibly high strength regardless... most tiny creatures have a strength closer to 1, not 10, or 13. Mage Hand should be good enough, I think. It doesn't need strength.
 

I know the STR is high for a tiny critter.
I was picturing the Nac Mac Feegle from Terry Partchett's Discworld books when I designed the Flichling.
The Mac Feegle were able to carry off children and sometimes cattle if they worked together.
I just picured the Mage Hand being used to snare things at a distance. The actual carrying of the stolen good would be done by the Filchlings themselves.
