Need rogue help

Loot copiously.

Use loot to purchase wish.

A wish is a wonderful spell.

I wish all my party to hell.

I know I can't fight,

but I'll run with fright...

... and somehow I think this ends well!

The first wish actually came off a magic artifact and it has 1 more charge on it so I won't have to buy the spell

Well I can see some problems with that. My DM would say that I'm part of the party so I go to hell too. Then " I know I can't fight" I'm now a lv0 character. " I'll run with fright" would meen that I'm afraid of anything that could harm me and will always run in fear. But I will enjoy my new life in hell.

Also I am now contemplating having one of two things happen.
Either killing my character off
Or
Letting my DM turn him into an enemy of the party because even before the wish spell he was borderline evil.
And then after doing either of those I would reroll a duskblade since I was told if I reroll I can't make a rogue.

See above - that was the idea...

If you want to show them the rogue wasn't broken (LMAO) then play something that is broken (or at least tier 1). I still vote for the anthropomorphic bat druid / planar shepherd, but even a simple human cleric will work.

Well discounting my rogue seeming how he is utterly useless now my party is as follows:
Elf-Cleric
Elf-fighter (bow)
Elf-ranger (bow)
Elf-Druid
Elf-wizard
Half Elf-paladin
Dwarf-fighter
Kobold-Sorcerer (npc)

So I would want to play something different that isn't on the list so that I can bring something new to the party. We are also light on melee so I would like a class with melee skills.

Problem is, it would have to be a melee class that can't deal moderate amounts of damage 'cause that's broken.

I got it, you should play a monk.

Different from the rest of the party and a melee powerhouse?? Roll up a Dwarf Cleric.

Play it off like, "Hey guys my Rogue died. Here is my new Heal Bot." Throw around a few heals and buffs. Wait til the heat from the DM is off your back. Then, when the opportunity arises, unleash the wrath of Moradin and the fury of Clangeddin Silverbeard!! Buff up and wreck house!!

Play Pun-Pun, just to screw with your DM. If he's heard of Pun-Pun, play a monk. Check out vow of poverty, since monks generally don't need to spend as much anyway.

It is possible to make anyone fall by applying the wording of VoP literally.

"You touched a doorknob? You fall. You helped an old lady pick up her groceries? You fall. You got married? Women are property in this setting, so you fall."
