Eh, I'm relatively easy to please with movies, I guess. I don't expect them to be wonderful, just entertatining.

Same with me. I actually didn't mind the new episodes of Star Wars, but I also think that so many people have built up what they expect because of it, and... I don't know. I lost my train of thought.

Sounds like you're a Troma fan of "B" movies. ;)

If S&H have to be a comedy, it should be done in the same cinema style of Kabukiman and the Toxic Avengers.

Don't know the word Troma, but no, I don't really like B movies (with a few notable exceptions.) I just don't mind relatively brainless "blockbuster" fare.

I am looking forward to Troy at least (should be close to Gladiator in terms of overall quality). I am ambivalent toward most "super-hero movies (Punisher : etcetera). Spiderman 2 I'm not looking forward to, since I didn't care for the first one.

This may be blasphemous on this forum, but I prefer the action/adventure "historical" movies to science-fiction or fantasy.

I just Marvel would stop scraping the bottom of the barrel with its characters....Iron Man? Good. Werewolf-by-Night? Huh?

I hope that too. In the past a single comicbook adaptation that flopped meant a great decrease in intrest to do those kind of films with decent budgets. Nowadays the situation is better (because of the breakaway successes of Spidey and X-men), but why push it? Produce enough crap with b-class characters and you'll end up diminishing the whole superhero / comicbook movie genre.

And I for one want to see several more good such movies. In fact X2 is one of my favourite movies ever. Ok, I'll just shut up now :o
