Hi ever one this new races for my world. They seem powerful and probably need a ECL but I do not know how to apply that to Pc Races, so if you comment on it or show my how it is done.
Just a little history:
These two races are for my world Killarim. They are known as The God Listeners and are split into two related families. The first is the Timirians and they follow and answer to the Good side of the worlds pantheon. The second are mainly malign and follow the Evil side of the pantheon.
Timirians (version 0.3)
Timirians are welcome almost everywhere even though are never feel at home.They get along with most races except goblins, orcs and their malign twins the Necharites. They are well known for their alien music, songs, poetry, lores, understanding and pratice of the magical arts and devlings into the inner reaches of the mind. They also have a well known martial side, demonstarting more then a passing knowledge and skill with swords, bows and the use of steel and magic in battle. The Timirians connection to the true gods invokes awe and at times fear in other races.The Timirians are also well known for their long standing feud with their sinster sister race the Necharites.
Personality:
Timirians are generally amused and curious about life in general. While their Legendary Assocaition with the Gods gives them some aloffness and non concern about petty events in life or world happenings. They are slow to make friends or enemies but rarely forget them.
Physical Description:
Timirians stand slightly taller then humans with males averaging 6' and with the average female being only a inch or two shorter. They have great agility and speed underneath their thinness. Complexions range from very pale to slightly tanned skin. Their hair color is either black, blond or aalbino white. While the eyes have a jewel hue of either purple, icy blue or reddish while their ears are small pointed and lobeless. They live in cities that mix manmade structures with the living, so it is not unusual to see trees melded with and/or around housing structures and having a portion of the city in the tops of the trees. Timirians alien phisology sees that they require no sleep as other races; instead the meld experiences and dreams in a mediative trance lasting around four hours.They usually reach majority around 120 years.
Alignment:
Timirians love freedom and self expression leaning towards the gentler aspects of Chaos. They also
generally value and protect others freedom leaning towards good aspects.
Timirains Lands:
They mostly live in their own ancient lands under the strangest empire in the history of KillaRim a
constitutional monarchy. Where various kingdoms have banded together and sworn alligence to the empire. While they contribute people to the legions, little or is passed to the empire and they allowed to rule themselves.
Religion:
They worship most true Gods but especially their patrons Timir and Kashmir.
Languages:
Timirian is a fluid language of subtle intonations and very compilcated garmmar.
Adventuers:
Timirains usually take up adventuring out of wanderlust but sometimes their patron god directed them to.
TIMIRIAN RACIAL TRAITS:
- +2 int +2 dex -2 cha -2 str Tmirians are graceful but frail. They are also highly intelligent but their with the legendary assocation with the gods gives a aloffness towards other races.
- Mediun sized
-Tmirians base speed is 30 feet.
- Low light vision
- Proficent with either long sword, rapier or scimitar.They are also proficent with longbows, shortbows composite shortbow or composite longbow.
-Automatic Languages are Timirian, Common and Elven. Bonus languages Draconic, Necharite, Gnome, Sylvan, Giant and any secret languages.
- +1 to listen and spot checks.
- Psionics(sp):At will--Burst, Clairaudience/Clairvoyence and Dimenson slide.At advancment to the 11th level the timirian can use Plane shift once per day. These abilities are as the powers manifested by a 16th level Psion.
Attack/Defense Modes(Sp):At will--Mind Thrust/Intellect Fortess.
Power Resistance(Ex):A Timirian has power resistance equal to 5+1 per charcater Level
-Contact:There is a culmative 3% per year that the gods will call upon the Timirian to perform a service for there patron god. This could be as simple as planting a tree to taking on a Guardian service to protect what the god wants protected.
--Favored Class: Wizard Psion or Cleric.
Necharites:
They are welcomed by the malign races like orcs, goblins etc. Other lands tolerate them but discrimate against them and if found inside the Timirian Empire they are killed on sight. They also think themselves superior to all other races so have disdain for all others including their sister race the Timirains.They are well known for their pratice of the magical arts and devlings into the body and inner reaches of the mind. They also have a well known martial side, demonstarting more then a passing knowledge and skill with weapons, bows and the use of steel and magic in battle. The Necharites connection to the true gods invokes awe and at times fear in other races.The Necharites are also well known for the long standing feud with their sister race the Timirians.

The Necharites only stand as tall as the average human. They have considerable strength and good agility. Complexation ranges from Slightly tanned to almost leather brown. The Neharites hair color is in the variations of reds browns and at times black. Their eyes are usaully brown,green or gray and are like unpolished gems.They also have small pointed lobeless ears. They live in Cities hiden deep within Tropical climes where the cities meld and live within the hot and dangerous climate. There they can pratice the Bloody Religion of the Mad Gods and summon up some demonical help. It is said in myth that at night the streets are patroled by Skeltons and other otherworld creatures.Necharites alien phisology sees that they require no sleep as other races; instead the meld experiences and dreams ina mediative trance lasting round four hours.They usually reach majority around 110 years.

Languages:
Necharite langauge is a fluid gluttral rendition of Tmirians.
Adventuers:
Necharites as a rule are only adventuering went sent by a god. At times though one lone indivual will break the cycle of evil and retun home(Timir) if they are not killed before hand.
NECHARITE RACIAL TRAITS:
