RUTHLESS THUG

A disarming smile distracting your foe from the imminent beating is your preferred method of problem solving. You many not be the strongest rogue, but you are the most charming, and when diplomacy is not the answer, betrayal does the trick. Your attacks use Charisma, so keep that your highest score, Dexterity should be a close second, as it allows you to cherry pick powers from the rest of the rogue list. Strength comes in third—it’s useful at times, but your ability to rattle your foes often makes up for brute strength.


Alternative Class Features: Thug weapon talent (replaces rogue weapon talent)

Feats: Bladed Stare (Human feat: Backstabber)

Skills: Bluff, Insight, Intimidate, Stealth, Streetwise, Thievery

At-Will Powers: Disheartening strike and sly flourish.

Encounter Power: Termination threat

Daily Power: Flashy riposte

Iiiinteresting... I wonder if that's from an earlier iteration of the rules (which is unlikely, seeing the Rogue Ampersand), just a test for future content, a leaked test for real future content (Martial Power - the "alternative" thing makes that likely) or build that was discarded to due place restrictions.

OK, ruthless, sure, but the brutal scoundrel is way more thug. Ruthless Scoundrel and Brutal Thug would've made more sense. Are the names even supposed to make sense, or are they coming out of an Adjetive/Noun randomizer?

Y'know, it's hard to identify the Mona Lisa correctly when you're only looking at the lower right-hand corner. The picture is usually more clear when you can look at the whole thing.
