A spell I made, no reason. I think it should be balanced, it doesn't do much. best check with the best though.
Naerl’s Subtle Arrival
Enchantment [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Brd 1, Sor/Wiz 1
Components: S
Casting Time: 1 full action
Range: 30ft
Target: Special
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: No
Naerl crafted this spell with the intention of alerting others of his presence at his whim, allowing Naerl to make grand appearances. The spell allows a number of people (whether it me a small town, or a Guild) that are connected in some significant way to be notified as the caster enters that area. The targets cannot pin point the location of the caster they are only aware that they have “arrived”. They can deny the mental message, however the choice is the individuals not the groups.
It has some good reasons if the characer is invisible and wants to notify his friends, or allows other party members to stall opponents, rather then run because they are out numbered.
