Looks like the psionic prestige classes now have +1 Manifester Levels.

The "Improving Monsters" file is still missing. As are Sections 2 thru 6 of the Magic Items.

The most complete files, so far, are the zipped up sections (not the all-in-one, but the "Grouped SRD Downloads").

You can link to the spells P-R by manually changing the filename. It's there, just the link is invalid.

I thought sorcerers were supposed to eschew materials or something similar, but the SRD says nothing. Wuzzup?

Same thing apparently happend to the magic items in sections 2 through 6. Copy the URL but change MagicItemII to MagicItemsII. Same will work for the rest of the sections when you insert the s at the end of MagicItem.
