New Warlord and Warlock encounter powers from minis preview

Not only that, assuming both attacks hit, it does 1*[Your W] + [Your STR] + 1*[Ally W] + [Ally STR] - that should approach 2*W + 2*STR - it does more damage than the average encounter power I've seen, even without a striker's damage boost on top of it.

Ohhhh.....too slow, Lizard. Eleran already showed me the error of my ways. ;)

As for the "twice per encounter" mechanic, I believe it does exist, as the cleric's Healing Word is usable twice per encounter.

Awesome. I missed that it was specified to be 1st. I was only guessing at the level 11 because the mini is level 11 and it only had a couple of powers. Level 1 attack power seems right when compared to the other level 1 warlord encounter powers.
