Yes, but up until 2 days ago it was supposed to come out in a couple weeks. So the ToC dropping was part of the final marketing push.

I expect we will learn a lot about the contents: but a photo of the ToC in the preview article? Nope.
Ya WotC has said in the past they don’t drop the ToC for a book until like two or three weeks before release.

Only once it has gone to the printer and therefore the content and layout has been finalized. The books probably won’t head to the printer until mid to late August, so no ToC coming tomorrow.

September is about when Wotac have sent November books to the printer in the past (specifically, the last minute Ravnica Races UA in 2018 that changed the book just before going to print in mid-September that year). Perk of domestic printing partners?
Heh! I'm not 100% clear why you have picked me to explain WotC release dates and printing schedules to. But enjoy. :)

It was a conversation: Garrett suggested conservatively these books would go to print in maybe August, you said that would be too short a turnaround, so I then pointed out that is about right historically. Each step followed logically from the prior.
