NFL Draft!!

The Pack appear to have made a bit of a reach for a DT (a position I didn't realize they were looking to improve). Damn those Bills for taking Marshawn Lynch, I guess.

They then went for a RB in the 2nd, and a WR in the 3rd (both definitely being "need" positions).

Other than maybe LB, and just maybe QB (assuming you have confidence in Rodgers -- which I don't) were there really any non-need positions? Me, I'd've thrown Rodgers to the wolves and drafted Quinn (or taken what the Browns were offering). But I think that a lot of teams are deluding themselves into thinking they have an okay situation at quarterback.

My Jags drafted Reggie Nelson in the first round - which is exactly what I wanted, so I'm quite pleased.

And, they started off today with...a punter!

He wanted to be a Brown and they got a good o line guy for him so he won't get sacked much.

I know. That's besides the point. He's a BROWN!

I am happy for him though that he ended up where he wanted to be.
