NFL Week 4

And the Pats winning streak goes to 18. One more to take the record. And with Miami next week too. *crossing fingers*
Shouldn't need any crossing fingers against Miami. The Pats will ruin them. The Fins have so little to work with on offense. Everyone knows their skill position players are weak, but their O-line is also terrible.

In football both college and pro, I have a simple way to determine who I cheer for. First, Its my favorite team in this case the Steelers, next its the other three teams in the division except when they play the Steelers.

That's funny, I always root against division teams. When they lose, it helps my team in the division standings, making them more likely to get to the playoffs.

Go Colts!

By the way, what's up with the Titans? They have simply imploded since the Colts beat them in Nashville week 2.

I'm a little ambivalent about the Patriots' winning streak. They beat the Colts fair and square week 1 this year, but last year in the AFC championship game, they only beat us by resorting to blatant cheating. Still, I like to see a team do well, and this is as special as it gets until someone goes undefeated again.

But when your team beats them, it looks so much better if they have a good record

"Hey, look over there! A three-headed monkey!" *grabs ball and runs away*

I hate to say it, but boy am I ever happy the Packers are doing so poorly. While my Lions will have quite a battle to face in clenching their division, it's still a possibility. While the Falcons will be tough, I'm realtively confident that the Lions will beat the Packers, espicially with Joey Harrington's newfound confidence.

All in all with the Pistons retaining Rasheed Wallace for this season, the Lions having a chance at a winning season, and the Tigers almost making .500 this year, it doesn't feel too bad to be a Detroit sports fan these days.

In other news, I'm overjoyed that my secondary team, the Colts, are doing so well this year.
