A four foot long bipedal lizard seems to appear out of thin air at 110N50E and attacks. It has a triangular head with a mandible at each corner and an eye bisecting each side.

It bites for 8 points of damage. Meneldor has 7 hp left.

A 4 foot tall winged human made of snow and ice moves to 110N90E and fires two missiles that unerringly strike Meneldor. 4 points of damage! Meneldor has 3 hp left.

Meneldor has been a noble combatant for his cause, but now his strength is waning. His is bruised, his blood flowing amongst his feathers. He would want to take to the air and swipe in passes as is more natural for him, but the strange new humanoid has wings and weapons it can send at him from a distance. With a deep breath of resignation, he lifts himself upon wings again and with several strong beats charges the opponent.
