Not specifically about DnD, but that guy owes me payback for what happened to my Poor Street Samurai Barbados Bob, and then for Johnny Q.

I always enjoyed his Shadowrun stuff. Rest in Peace brother.

Yes, Nigel Passed away several years ago, I understand. His last work was a novel for Shadowrun, wasn't it?

He as a designer I wish I could have met. I loved his work, and his writing.
Bet some of you don't realize ALL the stuff he worked on - I know I didn't until I pulled this:

I believe it was a car accident and not a heart attack that killed him.

Although I'm not too familiar with his D&D stuff (I was never really into RAVENLOFT), but I've got DUNGEON OF DESPAIR and the 2nd ed. DRACONOMICON. Good stuff.

However, where his talents really had a chance to shine IMO was with SHADOWRUN. After his death, the line took a big hit in quality, IMO that they're only now starting to really recover from.

No, it was a heart attack. GR's General Manager, Nicole Lindroos (AKA Nikchick) was a friend of Nigel's and was out with him the night before he died. His death was a complete shock to all his friends and a blow for the game biz. He was a tremendously talented guy.
