Ah, so you will be my balance, since I might go away from buying cases altogether (getting the rares I want off eBay, and then a couple of common and uncommon sets, maybe even one of those complete set deals), or at least cut back on the number of cases I get.

I'll be balancing you out as well. I'm likely to get a case of these minis, especially based on the minis I have seen so far. That will make it the second set I have bought a case for (I just ordered a case of Unhallowed yesterday). I only got into the D&D minis at the end of last year.

My bad, I thought you refered to the shadow dragon...

A wraith and a shadow in the same set feels slightly redundant.

The wraith is large.

Is it just me, or was the Redspawn Arcanisis in Unhallowed supposed to be the last mini of the Spawn of Tiamat? We've got two more when we really needed an updated Umber Hulk and another Drider. It would also have been nice to have a non-Drizzt two-weapon wielding drow.

yeah, i'll be grabbing a bunch of these. I like the carrion crawler, glad to see its an uncommon. I guess if we wait long enough they'll eventually recycle all the hard-to-find minis from earlier sets, possibly in better poses. The otyugh, is that what that thing is? It looks very similar to the existing one...

I wish they didnt have another otyugh. I don't think they need another one. The large gold dragon, large shadow dragon and frost gian jarl look great.

The latest Night Below Preview showcased the Large Gold Dragon and the Large Shadow Dradon.

The article said they altered the Shadow Dragon to make it more distinct from the Deep Dragon, and made the Shadow Dragon more similar to the Blue...


... which ruined the mini for me, as I loved the Lockwood rendition of the Shadow Dragon.

Meh, the blue one is a common. Commons are almost always hit or miss, and I think I can find some use for a medium lizard thing. The greenspawn is a lizard guy in plate with a tabard and mace - it actually looks pretty decent IMO.

As both of those are mediums and not rare, its not like they took the spot of a large figure. I totally agree we needed both of those figures. Maybe we'll see an umberhulk as a holdout in Desert of Desolation.

The uncommons are really nice! I had to pay $28 for the last medusa, and it wasn't even very good.. it'll be great to get some more.
