Personally, I prefer something other than +2 on my weapons. I'm usually fine with the initial +1, and then get the wizard to slap a Greater Magic Weapon on there. I'd much rather have keen or flaming or something of that nature than an additional +1. But that's just me.

No necessity this. I have 2 nd Assassin spells. Trying to deth attack, if this is failed my total sneak attack bonus 7d6 + 1 (per round,). Used to a true strike and move silently (my hide and move sil. 18) slay my enemy :)

Note that a high Hide and Move Silently won't help in melee combat. And a fighter-type close to your level can easily soak up the sneak attack damage and then flatten you.

Well, if you're true striking and getting that extra +20, do you really need an extra +1?

Where are you from Altharos?

I' m from Germany :D

I dont to be smeared melee combat. Short and self.

To add as my attack bonus; +7/+2 with weapon finesse +12/+7 and +2 short sword +14/+7... This is very good in meele combat only my AC bad. If need be I run away with withdraw (speed 40 feet  ) or use to my Ki Powers.

Is two weapon fighting feat completely lift to short sword penalty?

Two-weapon fighting with paired short swords and the Two Weapon Fighting feat will give you a -2 penalty to each attack, with either weapon, as the off-hand weapon is light.

Note that, should you choose to be a more mobile fighter (you mentioned running away), you'll often only get a single attack. To effectively use two-weapon fighting, you have to pretty much stand still and make full attacks. If you're planning to move around more, I would recommend one really good single weapon, and possibly one or more levels of the Scout class from Complete Adventurer.
