[NJ, DE, PA and beyond] Southern Exposure [ENworld get-together]

FYI: Valanthe picked up a big box o' badges this weekend, but a computer rebuild prevented her from working on them. However, with the beginning of the school year, she'll prolly have a little more time to work on them. However (2), teachers may go on strike, countermanding the prior However. :) Also however, I need to reinstall all the applications she uses to do said work, as well as her consulting work.

Anyhow, we'll make sure and have badges again for this year, most likely featuring more of Claudio Pozas fine artwork. :D

Update: Bonus Incentive!

I just got a reply from the folks at Southern Exposure, who will be putting the ENWorld get-together in the program book for us. They have made a very generous offer to ENworlders!

To wit:
Southern Exposure said:
[font=Arial, Helvetica]Please go ahead and post to your people that anyone coming for the event who pre-registers will get $5.00 off the cost of their membership if they mark down that theyare there for ENWorld in the comments field of the reg form.
Can't beat that with a stick, eh?

In other news, the badges may look different this year. If they do, you can lay the blame solidly on my shoulders, for screwing up Valanthe's computer so badly that the originals may have been lost.

Yaaa! That is quite generous. Just out of curiosity, if I write that I'm from Enworld down twice, do I get a $10 discount?

Well, I can try...

We're sure you did just fine Dru. Gotta have faith sometimes...that or a hammer. Have you tried the hammer on the computer yet? Thats generally the first thing I try.

Cool! Thanks for the info, PC.

Now, a stupid question for you: it's been over two years since I played any sort of RPGA event. How do I go about getting a character prepped and actually enter a game, if that's what I wanted to do? Is there a FAQ at the RPGA site?

I just registered for SE and got this email from the coordinator concerning the $5.00 discount.

Ed, I'll discount it $5.00, as I offered to all ENWorld people :-)

Let your friends know they only need to put "30.00" into the cc payment
box.

Just FYI,

Scorch

Frustratingly, I compared schedules with KidCthulhu last night and realized that I had a major commitment that wasn't on my calendar. As a result, I'll have to pass this year. But it's not 'cause I don't love you guys!
