No Design and Developments article This Week?

So we should expect 6 in December or 3 in November and 3 in December. Or 12 articles over the two months?

If we get 12 Design and Development articles in one bi-monthly issue, should we expect 12 articles in whatever column replaces it in Dragon once 4E is released and Dragon is monthly again or just 6?

Or perhaps Design and Development should never have been made part of Dragon because it is basically a big advert.
