Really not quite sure what point you are trying to make here Chrono? You came here complaining about an e-mail sent to you via a gaming group that you signed up for. WoTC did nothing to you, except perhaps waste a few moments of your life (although you have time to spend here on the boards so we'll assume that you have at least those moments spent reading said e-mail available to you). Now you are attacking many posters here and the tone of many of your posts has been awful.

Even if you were trying to sway people here to join your boycott of WoTC (over an automated e-mail no less) it would serve you far better to not go about insulting (almost) every response to your points. Many of your arguments and comments haven't been correct and when people have called you on it, you've reacted negatively and begun either being super-sarcastic or attacking them. Either way, not doing anything to further this "debate" or whatever it is you're trying to achieve by starting this thread

It's part of a huge corporation but it's still under five hundred employees and generally considered a small business in the USA.

Small business? No, anything over 50 employees is likely not considered a small business. A medium sized company is any between 51 and approx. 250 or so. So even if there's only those 300-ish employees listed on Linked in than it meets the definition of a large corporation. It's not a huge one like GM or ExxonMobil, but it's still larger than many companies.

Sorry, I was unfamiliar with the US' definition and am more familiar with other jurisdictions.

I see multiple pages of people being ridiculously snippy and rude. Serious, guys, in a thread entitled "nerd rage"? Really?

Survey says... klunk.
