I just manually saved that from an auto spambam for you. As a warning: a post which is just a URL has a higher than even chance of automatically getting your account banned by the system because it looks exactly like a spam post. I caught it this time because I happened to be looking just now.

Anyway, here's the post from WotC's Twitter account via a website via a forum thread:

"Sadly, the gnomes made a strong case for time off this month. There will be no Unearthed Arcana or Sage Advice articles published this December. We'll be back with full #DnD technomancer support in January!"

And here I was getting all excited about getting a technomancer. Darn. shucks.

We must make this happen. We must have a technomancer.

What do we want? TECH!

When do we want it? RIGHT N... err.... after NEW YEARS!

And please note that they have clarified that "technomancer" was a joke. It does not refer to next year's UA content.

I knew as soon as I saw that tweet Friday afternoon that the first response from a lot of people would be an expectation of an actual technomancer class or sub-class. And considering the tweet came with a pic of a gnome with all sorts of gadgets and stuff, I wondered if they actually meant artificer, in case it was supposed to be a serious reference. And since the sage advice site does not include that, here is the actual tweet with pic:
