With all the hate for oriental stuff that was brought up with the samurai, I'm very surprised how long the shugenja has lasted.

BTW Glyfair, the erudite is still missing from the poll options. ;)

I don't really see the point of this...

Anyway, I voted Shugenja because it has no place at all outside of replacing clerics in a 100% Oriental adventures campaign, while the other classes can always be added in to a campaign for those that fancy it. (making the Shugenja the only non-fluently-aditive class left)

It looks like this will be the first round that my pick is going to survive the round. I went for the Knight this time because for some reason I'm feeling really hostile towards it and it's aggro style abilities.

Doesn't the knight have like 1 aggro ability? The rest of it just gives him bonuses or instills fear or makes him immortal...you know the usual stuff:)

And my vote goes to:

the shadowcaster... wonderfull concept... poor mechanics...

Please, can somebody post the results of the previous rounds?? i lost the second and third rounds ;-(

Yeah, and the "aggro" (challenge) ability is self-jinxing, since you can't aggro anything that is less than 2 CR's below your level (which means: DM's should begin running large groups of weaker monsters if they want to stop the Knight)

Still, it's rough going trying to take down the knight. High hit points + high AC.

Also, long ago, on some thread that was deleted in the crash, I predicted "d12 + Heavy armor" concept (after the knight was announced) and other people laughed at me. SO I gotta defend the guy!
