As of now, I'm not seeing your Event as having been submitted under the Admin section of the site. I can't assign it a slot until it has been submitted as an Event. Also, the time slot you're looking for is 3-8 because we have 2-3 scheduled as Lunchtime usually. I hope that isn't a problem.

Let me know if you've already submitted your game as an Event and it somehow isn't being picked up.

You'll make it to NCGDV too, right, Old One? Because my brother graduates from UNCA on May 8, and my brother-in-law from Greensboro College on May 9, and I don't think I can squeeze a trip to Raleigh in between .

Don't answer that ! I accidentily submitted 2 games...but neither has shown up on the master schedule yet (I am assuming that is because an admin personage needs to make that happen). One entry has additional notes in the additional notes section...keep that if possible and delete the other one.

Well, the good news is that I successfully added Old One's game to the schedule. The bad news is that I may or may not have inadvertantly deleted a game that Belen Umeria was trying to submit.

Another "Event For Approval" with the same info as Old One's game (same title and other info) was showing that had Dave (Belen Umeria) as the GM. I assumed that this was a foul up and I deleted it but now I'm not sure. It told me that it was sending cancellation e-mails to three players whom I know to be in BU's game.

If I messed that up, I'm sorry.

Now I'm off to sign up for Old One's game.

I e-mailed Old One privately about this but I wanted to post a notice here:

"Reserved" games will not allow folks to sign up using the pre-registration schedule at the Game Day site. The Reserved designation means that all registration for such games will be taken care of off-site.

Neal recommends that folks post their games as "Walk-In" as this allows others to register for them using the scheduling tool at the Game Day website.
