Can I predict a digital-only product so it doesn't have to be physically produced during the pandemic? And then it is a playtest for something they might release early in 2021 - kind of like the Eberron preview?

That’s an interesting possibility. Not a fun of digital products, but this might be a good way to roll the planes out. Of course we’ve never seen a Jan or Feb book, so chances are the hardcover product would be March at the earliest. That would be quite a tease for us luddites.
 

I know it is a small sample size, but I’m surprised at how many folks thing we’ll see psionics. I thought the clear consensus is that psionics is far from ready?
