Of course evil is evil, it can always explode into violence, but as long as there is a reason to stick together it will work out.

the same could be said of good or neutral. whenever different ideologies are thoather there is always the potential for violence.

Evil: its the OTHER side of the coin. Turn it over and see for yourself.

I turned the coin over and all I saw was a big bird. Maybe I picked up the wrong coin.

Most good parties explode into apathy and just break up. Evil parties have a tendency to turn into a episode of the Sopranos, which can be very fun.

To see whether evil people can work together, I turned to history. Nazis prove the point. They looked cool, they nearly conquered the world, and they were more or less pure evil.

So yeah, evil will work, especially in such a lawful party. In fact, one of the primary components of evil is ruthlessness, which only aids them in getting the job done.

That's all I have to say about that...

Wait the Nazi's lost, towards the end they fell into infighting and murder attempts against each other. When the chips were down they scattered and sold each other out, they are a prime example of the bad things that could happen if things ever start to get tough for a evil party or if they start loosing. I'll give you the cool uniforms but other than that they were pretty much half insane thugs who lost big time in the end.
