The gods recruit their brewers from the Dwarves (except for Elf gods).

Even the orc gods? Which dwarf would take that job? Although the option to uh... relieve yourself in Gruumsh's ale may make the position somewhat attractive:p

The trick here is to find the sort of dwarf who would be willing to work for orcs. It is rumored that, should anyone manage to locate the Orc gods' brewer and take him out of action, it would cripple the Orc pantheon for at least a millenium.

And now, a translation

Bring in the beer!
Bring in the beer,
Or I fall down,
Yahoo!

Bring in the beer!
Bring in the beer,
Or I fall down.

Should the beer lay in the cellar
While I make war against passing out?

Bring in the beer!
Bring in the beer,
Or I fall down.

Repeat to infinity.

Kamikaze Midget - that is great! Stuff like that really makes a campaign fun.

I seem to recall a book that had a list of different beers, wines and liquors in it, with descriptions and prices. Was it in Tournaments, Fairs and Taverns or something else? Maybe Arms and Equipment?

I think automatd translation tools still have a way to go.

"Beer ago. Beer ago, or I case over -- yuche! Beer ago. Beer ago. Or I
case over. Is the beer to be situated in the Kellar, and me here the
faint wars? Beer ago. Beer ago, or I case over."

Arms and Equipment guide (page 32) has a list with common alcoholic drinks you can use in almost any campaign, and rules for 'Alcohol and Intoxication' I really like those rules, penalties to wis and dex when drunk.

In the campaign in which I play, the group visited a tavern and spied some guys we had been following. We knew that they were up to no good and suspected that they had ties to the big evil organization we were trying to destroy. One of the players asked, "What are they drinking?"

The DM replied, "They're drinking light beer."

We killed them.

That's now become the litmus test in the campaign: people who drink light beer are evil.

My DM drinks light beer, and he's always trying to kill us... just what are the breweries doing, creating sociopaths out of their customers???

PS Sorry, Hong! ;)
