OGL between systems (or can I use d20 OGC for Fudge)

Since Fudge is now under the OGL, can I take d20 material and convert it to Fudge (and of course place the sources in section 15)?

It would be a straight conversion of material (small sections of two sources) which I would then add to.

Once it's open, you can do anything you want, as long as you follow the OGL (which would be a yes in this case).

By "d20 material," you actually mean the SRDs and any third-party designated OGCs, yes.
