Don't really have an 'agreement' thing going IMC, more the 'GM is God' approach (yeah, I started with 1e) - I may consult with players about a house rule, but it's me makes the decision what's allowed or not. So if I eg decide to ban the Reckless Attack feat (Quint Fighter), it's banned. Of course it's banned for NPCs as well as for PCs.
