well, a venue was found that didn't tell us they were booked solid through the year end. So maybe we just need to plan for early next year.

Sorry I have been quiet on the subject. Crothian summed it up nicely. I had a venue then when I called to confirm they mentioned that a church group uses the conference room every Saturday so we could not reserve it.

I have tried a few other places but none of them have worked out. I am hoping that if I find something that we can still do this but it will probably push to early next year.
