Old shows that you enjoy?

I see that someone else remembers the 2005 remake of "The Night Stalker." I think that I lasted 2 episodes.
It’s actually worse than that: it was cancelled after 10 episodes were made. But the last episode aired was the 6th, and that episode was the first a two-part storyline.

Eventually, the later episodes were aired on line or some such. The Sci-Fi Channel aired the entire series a few years later, and kept it in rotation for a while.

Hmmm...I suppose I watched really old TV shows...

There's the old Howdy Doody and Jeffs Collie...that may be too old...

Maybe something more recent...

Captain Kangaroo?
I love Lucy reruns
Beverly Hillbillies
Adams Family and Munsters
The Wild Wild West
Bonanza
Chips was a decent one

More recent??

Dukes of Hazzard was great
Battlestar Galactica (original) and Buck Rogers
I still can hum the Tune to Dallas

Cartoons from the same era I suppose could be

Thundercats
GI Joe

More recent???
The Flash (1 season)
The Next Generation (Star Trek) and Deep Space Nine

I've rewatched the entirety of mash twice in the last few years.

I also like to watch an occasional transformers G1 episode.

Pretty sure I've also rewatched all of star trek in the last couple years (TOS, TNG, VOY, DS9) including all of the movies.

Shows I used to race home from grade school as a little kid to make sure I didn't miss:

Ultraman

Johnny Sokko and His Flying Robot

The Space Giants

Speed Racer

I've recently rewatched Ultraman and Speed Racer on DVD with my boys and enjoyed the memories. I'd rewatch the other two for the same reason.

In the late '60s I was allowed to stay up past my usual bedtime for exactly two TV shows; "Star Trek" and "Wild, Wild West."

If you say "Battlestar Galactica", are you old, or old-old?

I know if you say "Battlestar Galactica 1980" you are certifiably insane.
Then you're just "Disco Old."

A Japanese friend introduced my to Ultraman some time around 1968, along with all of the classic monsters. The magazines. The comics. The TV shows. At least "Ultraman" was on a UHF station, at the time, out of northern New York State.

My 'race home from school' show was reruns of "The Monkees."

And another show I really enjoyed as a teen and would love to watch again, if I could ever find the series on DVD:

The Goodies

I still reference the ancient Lancastrian martial art of Ecky thump.
