Once Upon a Rheim (Erekose13 Judging)

OOC: Well, in that case, you can certaintly cut a few days off the tip. 5 people, 4 horses, 1 rank of ride, and no ranks in handle animal. This should be entertaining ;)

OOC: Well when you only get one skill point per level, it's kinda tricky taking things.

Lupic will keep station as designated by the Oirhandir. He is assuming him to be party leader, so will follow his instructions. The spare cash was spent on additional rations.

Noticing Aiken tailing along in back, Oirhandir sidled up to Lupic as they rode. Lowering his voice so as to not be overheard, he instructed the half-orc: "Lupic, I've seen how you handle yourself, and have no worries about that. But I don't know much about this Aiken fellow, and don't know how handy he'd be in a fight. Would you ride back with him and make sure nothing sneaks up on us from behind? If trouble brews in front, just ride up and do what you do best."

"One less thing to worry about", thought the bard to himself as Lupic allowed Nodis to ride past him.

ooc: [sblock]By the way, Nodis will spend each evening we have to camp a couple power points and minutes using Psionic Minor Creation to bring a table and a set of comfy chairs*, so we can dinner comfortably. He´s able to create around 140 lbs of wood of average density (more if the wood is hard oak or ebony, less for willow or bamboo) when using Overchannel (and Talented), so there shouldn´t be any problem.

Psionic minor creation allows creating only 1 item per manifestation, but nothing prohibits me bringing into existence several chairs joined by easily breakable links, so they technically are one item but can be separated into several independent ones.

After that we can use the wood for the fire.

*Nobody expects the spanish psion![/sblock]

OOC: lucky me that I took that point in riding :)

Aiken nudges his horse over to Kali and says smiling"Kali why don't you share a horse with me, that way we would speed up some of our journey." And extends a hand to help her up.

"I thank you for your offer Aiken, but I would not want to tire your horse by over loading him. It is pleasant enough weather and the walking will be invigorating."
replies Kali who takes up a position near the middle, but to the side of the line of horses, stepping quickly to keep up with the trot of the horses.

OOC: With this, you're back on the 2 week trip. Or did you intend to run with the horses (who are going 50' I think)

ooc: he´d have to hustle to do that, and being a 1st level he´d fall unconscious out of pure exhaustion in just three or four hours, top. Except maybe Lupic, the rest of us -and our equipment- weight little, and our horses can bear another rider for some time.

Aiken turns to Lupic as he joins him at the rear: "I don't believe I've introduced myself to you yet, I'm Aiken." And extends his hand.
