Yes. The "alignment" section under the Monster Manual states that even "always x" alignments may have exceptions.

I agree with Darklone, though - not as a PC. Not in my campaign, anyway.

Because from experience, one-in-a-million Good "misunderstood" PC Vampires are a dime a dozen.

IMC, all the prime numbers are lawful neutral. Only one is CG.

Nope. of about 60 fey'ri, I'd say zero are of a different alignment.

If you consider the usual standard deviation of 7.746, then you may have up to 7 fey'ri with different alignment without measuring something wrong.
