I guess I'll go, but I'm not too enthused. The last two years I've let ENnies responsibility tire and tie me up so bad that I don't get to game. And you've no idea how depressing it is to go to GC and not play anything.

This spring will mark 25 years that I've been playing D&D, and it'll be my first GenCon. I (tentatively) plan on attending all four days.

I'm going. I plan to arrive on Wednesday evening and stay until Sunday around noon.

Last year I stayed at the Embassy, largely because of the free breakfast. But the food was horrible, so I guess this year I'll stay someplace else.

Yeah, a friend suckered me into eating there and the food was gross, but we ate for free, so what the heck. The rooms are the same price as the other hotels, though, and a suite is so convenient for cooking and such. I'm thinking about staying there this year, unless I'm bunked with some of the SJG crew.

Then quit fricking doing it. :)

I'm going to run a 10 person game of STAR THUG

I'll post an official sign-up list for folks when the date draws closer.

I just recieved this game in the mail a few days ago, and am quite smittten by it. I think it will be a near-perfect convention game, and a ton of fun. I'm tempted to institute a "every hour all players must drink a shot" rule:)

When my wife saw it, she started laughing. Whe I asked why she commented that if I was "left alone in a room for a half-hour and told to come up with a two-word description of your 'dream life'" She could 99% guarantee that I would come up witht he term "Star Thug"

My buddy Theo asked if she "even knew me at all" ....as he beleived it would take substantially less than a half-hour.

This is why we have this wonderful thing called delegating. I'm sure if you asked, plenty of people would be more than happy to help with anything they can. I'm one of them. :)
