One Month Until Badge Pre-reg. Who's going?

I stayed at the Hampton last year and it was a really good experience. I think we're trying for the Marriott this year, but I read that alot of area hotels are already booked by the time pre-reg day rolls around. I'm wondering if I should just stick with the AAA discount and book a room now...

I'll be there. Running some games, too. I think I'll run Mutants & Masterminds, Call of Cthulhu and probably something else. I will post something when I submit them this week.

We stayed at the Westin and had a really good time. Though I am interested in hearing more about the place with the open bar . . .

That game sounds seriously fun doesn't it? I read the story and looked at the rules online, looks like tons of fun.

If things go well for me this year, I'll be there for this Gencon. My intentions are to go with a super-small group (2 people maybe? 3 if I bring my younger brother) and only do 2 days though.

I'm planning on going. Maybe we could charter a bus starting in say, Raleigh, working its way up through Richmond, then to Charlottesville, then up into Ohio and then over to Indiana. We could pick up gamers along the way, and just role-play all the way there. Probably not as expensive as one would think. My friend had that idea several years ago. Get enough people to split the cost, and it'd be cheaper than driving, plus you can game on the bus.
