Online D&D gaming

I'm looking for a good online D&D game/chat site and I'm wondering if any of you know of one that you would recommend.

Preferably a Java based site as I hate HTML chats.

I have spent the past year or so on SSS Scarred Lands chat but lately I'm losing confidence in the people who run it, and I'm looking for a change of scenery.

I've had good luck with running games on AOL/AIM (AIM is free, includes dice and chat)

I've recruited off here before in the recruiting setion, but haven't really seen too many games posted there.

How do access dice in AIM chat?

I know that AOL chatrooms have a built in dice roller, but I don't know about AIM.

What I'm after is something more organised though, but if all else fails I may have to look into that.

I have played D&D over IRC a few times. We use a dice-rolling script to handle rolls. Whenever the player does something, we use the /me command, whenever a player says something, they type in quotes, and whenever they say something out-of-character, they use parentheses. It actually works pretty good.

Yeah, I've been using IRC for games two nights a week, which has worked pretty well. We also use whiteboard for maps and such.
