You need a "suitable and sufficient" risk assessment done by 16th March 2025, and put safety measures into place to comply with the act.

Yes.

I'm just hoping other than a risk assessment the fact this place is moderated is enough to meet requirements. Problem is know if that is the case doesn't seem that clear or at least is a complete headache to figure out.
