Perivas, she is ruling that true seeing sees through illusions. It would be hard not to so rule.
In fact, it sees through them so well that you don't even know there's an illusion there, or that someone has altered their form. You just see what's "really there", and not the illusion superimposed as a shadowy image or something. That was the ruling Isida made.
So when Rahveon scoped me out earlier, he would have just seen Arion (which is what I wanted anyway). Barring something else giving him the information (other than a Spot check, whose results are predetermined by true seeing's effects), his true-sight augmented vision would not have told him that I had cast alter self into a sirine. He would have instead seen my true form, and just my true form, the entire time.
