In any case, this proves my theory:

Actually, no. If you remember, Haley uses Multishot against Sabine because she doesn't know if Sabine is a demon or devil, and therefore doesn't know whether to use silver or cold iron. There's a reason the two arrows look different.

How did Thog get 3 iterative attacks? That implies a BAB of at least +11 and I didn't think anybody in the strip was that high, Rich Burlew has publically stated he considers the order to be levels 6-8. Or does Thog have a feat I'm missing?

Well, that's obviously in error. We've seen V toss out two Disintegrates at a black dragon, meaning that (sh|h)e must be either 12th+ level or 11th+ with a 22+ Int. Given this, it's not unreasonable for Thog to have 3 iterative attacks.

Rich said they started at level 6-8; there's a lot of evidence that they're level 11-12 now (at least, the spellcasters are).
