Quite possibly. In panel 8, right before thog hits her the first time, you can see that Haley's got her bow pulled, and an arrow nocked. In panel 9, as thog hits her, the arrow's gone.

Not unless Haley failed a Concentration check and lost her arrow... Else, Haley would have gotten to act after being door'd.
