I liked this strip... cause it set up so many possibilities... and was funny in the process.

I am finding more inside jokes as we come along. Thanks guys - kinda hard for me catch all the jokes without ya...

Remember folks, True Seeing is 60', but See Invisibility is forever.

I had been thinking of pulling something like this on my players... and now it will be so much sweeter! Go OotS!
Doesn't mind blank defeat see invisibility?

*Ducks...*

Joking jab aside, Xykon probably wouldn't bother.

We know he's not exactly the A #1 when it comes to forethought, and Mind Blank protects against 2 things: divinations, and enchantments. As a lich, he's already immune to almost all of the enchantment half the equation, and why blow an 8th level known slot on a spell that a 3rd level Non-Detection will do almost as well?

Sloth and overconfidence in his undeath. Xykon doesn't strike me as the mind blanking type.

And I didn't think he could come up with something better than, "Hey, it's not my fault everyone else limits themselves to four elements. Some of us got passing grades in Chem."
