Mage armor is an oddball, in that it's not a real armor but a force field. That and shield are the only protective force effects I know off that aren't deflection.
So, yeah, if you want to be very strict and rule-lawyery, incorporeal attacks shouldn't be called "touch attack". But it's kinda arguing for arguing's sake.
An incorporeal creature’s attacks pass through (ignore) natural armor, armor, and shields, although deflection bonuses and force effects (such as mage armor) work normally against it.
&Some attacks disregard armor, including shields and natural armor. In these cases, the attacker makes a touch attack roll (either ranged or melee). When you are the target of a touch attack, your AC doesn’t include any armor bonus, shield bonus, or natural armor bonus. All other modifiers, such as your size modifier, Dexterity modifier, and deflection bonus (if any) apply normally.
