Order of the Bow Initiate and Manyshot

Ranged Precision seems an ability best used when the archer is firing at extreme range.

Too bad it only works when within 30 ft. of the target. (60 ft. for OotBI 10)

It has some merrit when attacking creatures with DR you can't pierce with the material/alignment of your arrows and once you're low on arrows (wich is an aspect underrated by D&D - most people run around with hundreds of arrows or never-ceasing magical quivers).

Thus, OotBI is a crappy PrC - Go for scout/ranger with Swift Hunter, and have a greater damage output (even against creatures immune to crits) and a much greater versatility.
The good Will save is the last remaining argument for OotBI, and that's a pretty weak one...
