Yeah, our school celebrated Pie Day, too, although I was on the kid side. Well, the math classes did. But I set my watch alarm, and, at 1:59 and 26 seconds, paused for .54 seconds of contemplation and meditation on circular ratios.

Thanks for the idea. Hit the Swannanoa Ingles and got the wife and I an apple pie and some whipped cream. Not the best but did the trick on short notice. I'll do anything for an excuse to eat pie.

Finally got back from school (pi recital winner! 192 digits! ) For which I won (you guessed it) a gourmet crumb apple pie

Glad everyone had a good pie day! We had shepherd's pie and cossack pie for dinner, and my cinnamon/orange/chocolate pie, peanut-butter pie, and pear pie for dessert. My brother made pi-ña coladas to drink. A good time for all!
