[OT] Strangest Junk email

Normaly these go right to delete, but this one was special.... OK, here's a cut & paste from the email I got this morning:

If you are a Time Traveler I am going to need the following:



1. A modified mind warping Dimensional Warp Generator # 52 4350a
series wrist watch with memory adapter.



2. Reliable carbon based, or silicon based time transducing capacitor.



I need a reliable source!! Please only reply if you are reliable.

Some notes:

1) this email was sent from a different email addy

2) this was not sent to me only, probably a major list push as there were 20 or so addy's I could see with names very close to mine

3) there were NO links or anything besides the email addy, so it doesn't seem to be a marketing push. But who would go through this trouble otherwise?

There is probably something I'm misssing. Did Bugaboo get my alternative email addy somehow? I always fall for his gags...

I got that same email about a week ago. It went right where it should, the delete file. The sender also went on to the junk email list.

the funniest email i ever got was an email titled " this is not a virus" which had an attachment file that was named "Virus.exe"
