Personally, I find Beer to be less than tastefull (Vodka is my favorite).... but what I do find funny is how people will look at regional beers from other parts of the country as being "good", but would never look at the stuff if it was "local" - I guess familiarity breeds contempt.
Bud/Bud light is definately number 1 Miller is the number 2 brewrey in the states. Coors is 3rd.
A little bit of history about Coors - during the seventies, Coors was another of those local/regional brews like Rolling Rock or Voodoo - and at the time was considered a "crafted" beer. Well due to some marketing and good word of mouth, they have been to able to transform themselves into the a mass market beer. (Similar to what Sam Adams is doing now) - but the truth of the matter is that it is the same beer that was available 20 years ago........
