Lucky for my shoulder, its not Shoulder day till Friday.

YOU'VE BEEN GIVEN NOTICE. THE SUFFERING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE THE PAIN IMPROVES.

(Ahem, today was Legs. My shoulder is screaming lol)

I've been going steady since July again, with some additional days in February and March because my gym closed at the end of Feb, so first I was cramming in extra sessions to make the most of it, and then I was fitting in extra sessions in a two week free trial at a new gym. The new gym is bigger and much busier, and I wasn't in love with the vibe, but got more comfortable with it over the two weeks, started using some new machines and changing up my routine.

I was having a nasty shoulder issue for the second half of last year, but eventually figured out it was ergonomic in origin, with my desk being at the wrong height and my right shoulder resting too high during the working day, and that seems to have resolved.

Early this year I noticed I was losing some weight, which had been a cause of frustration because I had been trying to put on muscle for some time, but this time I decided to embrace it, so I'm on a mild cut, with the goal of hitting 15% body fat maybe this Summer? I'm around 19% now.

Sadly I now have some sort of hip/lower back thing impingement on one side (doc thinks Trochanteric bursitis), with intermittent stabbing pains, and I'm bring told to take a break from the gym for right now.

I just keep trucking along. I do my daily workout, eat my protein bar, and drink my gatorade zero before bed. I'm a creature of habit and do well with a predictable schedule, which is often a pain in the butt but turns out to be good for staying in shape. I get twitchy if I miss my scheduled workout.
